Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Clearance or final sale items, unless the item is faulty or required by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
