Shipping Charges
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Some products may qualify for free shipping, while others may have a shipping fee depending on the item or delivery location.
Order Processing
Once you place your order, we'll begin preparing it for shipment.

After your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you've entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it if your order has not yet been processed.
Lost or Delayed Orders
